Glassine Envelopes Glassine is a thin dense paper that is transparent or semi-transparent. It is grease resistant and is used as a patch over die cut windows or envelopes. Slightly cloudy in appearance.
Glassine Envelopes are used by stamp collectors for long term storage of stamps. They are also used in scrapbooks. They are used by seed collectors to save and trade samples. Glassine envelopes are used for wedding invitations and for party favors.
Vellum is a type of finish used on book paper. It has a creamy smooth finish.
Vellum Paper is a paper with a vellum finish. Its finish is relatively absorbent, good printing surface.
